Over the course of over 25 years living and working in Europe, USA and Asia, I’ve had the opportunity to help many different businesses grow and become more successful.

During that time, I’ve developed a passion for customer-centric growth: about helping companies sell more of what they already offer, acquire new customers, launch new products & services and step-out into new competitive arenas.

Of course, growth is never easy: there are risks and uncertainties and not every step is successful.

However, with some insights into context, making considered choices about the business model, creating a pragmatic plan and executing with agility, every business can grow.

Therefore, mapping out a credible and ultimately successful growth strategy requires expertise and judgement that goes beyond populating a template. Based on nearly fifty assignments across a range of country markets and industries, I have the expertise and judgement necessary to help you create and execute a compelling growth strategy.

Of course, having a good strategy is important but “execution eats strategy for breakfast”. Therefore, during my career of driving technology-centric change across a diverse range of industries, I understand how to successfully define the outcomes of business transformation and then orchestrate the enablers of people, process and technology change to make it happen.
